DLC offers residential customers a rebate at the point-of-sale for the purchase of a new, pre-owned, or leased PEV from select dealerships. New battery-electric vehicles may qualify for a rebate of up to $2,000 and new plug-in hybrid electric vehicles may qualify for a rebate up to $1,000.
