Plug-In Electric Vehicle (PEV) and Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) Grants for Public Fleets
The Massachusetts Electric Vehicle Incentive Program (MassEVIP) provides grants for the purchase or lease of qualified PEVs, zero emission motorcycles, and Level 2 EVSE. Eligible applicants include local governments, public universities and colleges, and state agencies. Vehicle incentives are available in the amounts found on the administrator site.
Applicants may receive funding for a maximum of 25 vehicles, including BEVs, PHEVs, and zero emission motorcycles.
Funding of up to $7,500 per address is also available for Level 2 EVSE associated with the purchase or lease of at least two BEVs. Incentive amounts vary depending on the number of BEVs acquired.
